I did the second time but the enemies stopped spawning and the door wouldn't reactivate - which is an issue because I had to go to orbit and start over.

Seems rare - there are 200 some odd posts on the thread and it has happened to maybe 10 or so people including myself? Just trying to bring awareness for others and Bungie. They tweeted about it so hopefully it will be fixed in the future.
