Reasonable nerfs for hand cannons

Now I know every time someone tries to suggest this problem hand cannon users try to defend their use of OP guns, but hear me out, these suggestions will not bring any gun to a place where it is unusable. [u][b][i]Thorn[/i][/b][/u] A strong hand cannon with its base stats with send it to help with accuracy and range. My suggestion for a nerf would be to lower the insanely high fire rate or make the dot last for 3 or 4 ticks. This would not completely break the gun and would still make it usable for scrubs. [b][i][u]The Last Word[/u][/i][/b] Anyone who tries to defend this gun is sorry. All of my friends who use the last word say it is OP and I like it too. Or has a really high fire rate with full auto and low range. This should be used as a CQC weapon and get kills from medium range with paced, accurate shots. The only thing that it would need a fix for is accuracy and damage drop off. With that, it would still be a strong contender but not OP at extremely long ranges. [b][i][u]Hawkmoon[/u][/i][/b] Hawkmoon's OP abilities have no fix. Sorry PlayStation users, but OP was coming with a gun this amazing. A fix would destroy the gun because there is nothing to fix that isn't its exotic perk.
