Its goals? To create a more perfect society for all of the current states it has. Currently there are 3, not including the World Tree. We just got out of a war with Perth so we are still figuring out what to do with all our military supplies.

Our purpose is the same, however to add something different we do not wish any ill will upon any nation, lest they break a domestic rule of ours. Which alliance members are immune from.
