LOL not every game needs customs to be at the top you silly little child, so no they do not have to ever add it to this game ever. plus online games like this have never had custom game modes or lan game modes for the toon is not stored locally to prevent people from trying to mod their inventory or hack the game. so I seriously doubt it will ever happen.
