Edit: it's funny how many people are in denial of this issue. It doesn't matter how good of a connection you have.

13 RepliesCall your internet service provider for help. Btw to those that think a 4 bar is safe, it's not. Have you ever heard of a fake 4 bar? It's when it shows you have 4 bars but really have 1. It happens when your internet is screwed up.
