National Guard armories exist not only to outfit National Guard units but to also serve as a storage location should the need arise to arm local populations. While rifles are less an issue, support weapons like Squad Automatic Weapons, Medium Machine guns, Heavy Machine guns, and Anti-tank would be available as well. No, I'm not.
