I don't smoke it, But many of my friends have, and my brother has the most. He has smoked it on a weekly basis for 11+ years. If you're so adamant that it hurt you, it what way was it harmful?

Most of it goes down to the psychological effects it has on you. It effects your short term memory big time and influences your empathy / understanding of the current situation. Depending on it, there is a chance that it can be harmful for your body too. Since I stopped 2 years ago I noticed that I started twitching. Not regular but once in a while. I am pretty sure something is -blam!-ed up with my nerve system since it just happens out of nothing. Plus your lungs -blam!- up since it's nothing different then smoking. (clogging your lungs with shit that's bit supposed to be there)

It's not only me that's for certain, 3 of my friends that quit are experiencing the same spasms. But that does not have to count for everybody. It only started after we stopped, while we were smoking it was all fine. I have to say we were smoking alot though, usually 2 grams a day per person for years.
