In your argument you state everyone has the right to a fair chance to get gjallarhorn. The implications of the statement are obvious, however everyone already HAS the exact same chance to get gjallarhorn as anyone else. RNG, simply put you have no more a chance than I do, unless of course you put yourself into more situations that have a chance to drop it. We live in an "entitled" world where all these children feel they should be given everything, and right there explains the gjallarhorn dilemma. I've had 6 horns and dismantled 5 of them.
