Honestly I am disappointed there isn't a raid but I am going to reserve judgement till I try it at this point. I complained a bunch already about this DLC I am just going to try it and I will answer back later if it sucks. Also now that I have had a couple of days to think about it I don't want them to release a raid that isn't ready. I hope that's the reason for the delay on the next raid not just so they can charge extra for it.
