It's not about the $15. It's about the bait-n-switch tactics employed. Even if nothing official specifically stated there would be an HoW raid, the fact is that the way both pre-purchased DLCs were packaged insinuated a certain standard format by which they would be released. It's fine if the format is being changed to ADD a new type of event that may be an improvement over JUST a raid, but a raid SHOULD STILL ultimately get included as part of the pre-purchased DLC to remain true to the original DLC release format. They can do whatever they want after these first two DLCs but it's not right to change it now when many of this DLC content was purchased before Day 1 under the guise that a new raid would be included for the base game as well as one each for the two purchased DLCs.

Bungie will be releasing the new raid later. They just wanted to spend a bit more time perfecting it. They probably won't be charging extra.

You can't assume that they will "probably" release it free of charge. It's been several days now of spewed anger over the announcement yet no Bungie official has posted clarifying whether or not the "future raid" will be released as a free addition for people who purchased HoW. At this point I think it is safer to assume that any future raid will cost everyone money (unless you purchased a season pass).

Go back and read it ... slowly in your case since you yourself are someone who seems to make assumptions.
