I believe the 'promise' everyone is referring too is an image that was datamined. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but here's my thought process if true.....
I brainstorm some ideas in my notebook
You steal my notebook
You read my notes
You believe my notes are a promise to you of intent?
Like I said, please correct me if I'm wrong about the datamining, and I'll happily eat humble pie :)
