You can fücking afk weeklies and they take less than 10 mins to complete me and my bro and some random got to valus and the big started to afk only jumping every minute to not get kicked hate it xurners are not earners Yes if it's the situation with your friend sure he got lucky I'm saying rng needs to change so first 10 completions of raids you have no chance at exotics normal raids should have 0 chance at exotics especially VOG so they need to put work into it to be able to obtain exotics then after 10 completions exotic chance increases every 10 completions 10 brings exotics into loot table 20 increases a bit 30 even more up to 50 (or 100) where it gets close to 50% chance for exotics [spoiler].
