Use watchers great sword.( throne watcher) (close 2 end) Scales off of getting A++ on tests (intelligence)

Does faith go hand in hand with intelligence? Right now my build a bit all over the place, mostly INT and Attunement???(the one that increases casting speed). Not sure what other stats I should be leveling, I was thinking about upping my health or faith.
