I think the best way to describe this is with a quote from Louis Ck "Buddy how does the world owe you something that you didn't even know existed 30 seconds ago?!" Thats how I feel about all the people complaining about no raid and OP is right... 15$ is nothing, people spend 15$ a day without even batting an eye on worse stuff then a dlc with no raid.
