My Red Death was fully upgraded when I put it in the vault to use on another character. When the other character removed it, it showed the upgrade "+" and when I inspected the weapon, every column had the upgrade "+" on them despite being upgraded; however, the very last bubble (the one needing an exotic shard) was no longer upgraded. This all happened today. My Suros Regime had the same issue (I transferred them both at the same time) with the exception of the Regime still being fully upgraded (the upgrade "+"s were still showing though). Is this a bug, or should I be expecting compensation of at least an exotic shard? (coins don't really help me if Xur isn't around to buy the shard...)
