then you clearly don't raid and you would blatantly be pissed off if they didn't release any new crucible maps.
Or you don't play with more than 3 friends !
Or you haven't paid for season pass expecting something that's not being delivered. They've implied what's with every release in many ways.

So you're telling me you have loads of friends you regularly play raids with (6 minimum), you've paid for the dlc already, you're not a crucible junkie and you're happy with 3 player PVE??? Yeah f'kin right!!!!
Anyone in my situation is pissed. Just because you are not doesn't mean others shouldn't speak out. I want 6 player PVE content as was implied by the developers.

True. I play with 1 other friend, I barely raid, just enough to keep up with gear. Your description fits me pretty well lol. I must say considering how much more popular the raids are im shocked Bungie decided to skip it. But arena sounds like it's my style though

Loved halos firefight as a game mode. hope they top it. They do that then yeah I'll wait for an awesome raid.

I raid a lot and I'm happy there isn't becuase they are trying new things and not copy and pasting raids each dlc

I actually raid a lot, I'm a VoG veteran and I got to 30 that way and got to 32 via CE. And I'm honestly completely fine with this. Yeah, I was bummed, who wasn't? But HoW is still going to be amazing. They're giving is Trials of Osiris AND the Prison of Elders in one DLC. That's still a buttload of content.

Yea because you can speak for everyone on the forums. I raid and I honestly don't care. You've got to be all sorts of self entitled to feel like you were OWED a raid. That's some reallll childish thinking. I like the arena idea. Sets up some friendly competition between the clan members and it's new to destiny. But there's always gonna be people who whine and cry and think they know it all, but they'll grow up eventually

I never play crucible unless for exotic bounties or IB weapons. I'm not disappointed. I [i]will[/i] be if the arena sucks. Don't knock it until you try it.

2 RepliesI raid frequently, but unlike you I play other games, which have allowed me to see something awesome. For I think I know how the prison of elders will play. Very similarly to rifts in diablo ros, and If that is the case, im very excited for it. I rather them wait to make a raid more like vog than a half assed raid like crota, yes crota is fun but vog is just superior in almost everyway. So let them wait, to give us another awesome raid. Not a longer 6 person strike

Maybe raid development needs to take time? I will only judge the issue if PoE is bad. I have (some may call it misguided) faith that bungie will deliver something fresh.

I raid, I mostly raid with occasional bountys to level shit, and every few days I go hate myself and play some PvP just to change things up in my life. I think I read that they are raising the lvl in VoG also, so I'm excited for that to be relevant again..... and who is to say that they will not release a raid later in the year? A raid that will be less buggy because it was not rushed out to meet the demands of people who paid 15$ that feel they should get exactly what they want even if everyone wants something different, you deserve to get exactly what you want because mommy paid 15$ and always told you you were the most special boy in the world. Some of us raid AND strike AND crucible AND patrol AND the rest, with multiple friends. I typically have enough clanmates and friends online to be able to form a raid team and a crucible team and still have some people off running strikes or solo activities. Those of us who are not laser focused on only one activity, but spread the love, are perfectly entitled to not be pissed by the lack of a "Raid" but intrigued by the new option being offered to us. It may turn out to be something awesome, we just dont know YET.

I raid only for the gear. It can be fun with friends but all my friends quit destiny long ago. So the fact that there is no raid in the next dlc doesn't bother me. As long as I get new weapons and something new I'm ok. I was a pve guy for most of the game but I find myself only playing pvp now. I have most all exotics so pvp is the only thing keeping my attention. I'm anxious to see what this prison of elders is all about. I hope it's pretty cool but who knows.

Which is what they are doing. It is not , no raid for house of wolves. It is raid for house of wolves is not done , so here is this other stuff. They said the raid will be released later this year. Everyone thinks that means it has been pushed back into comet, but bungie hasn't announced any dlc after HoW. Personally I would have them work on the raid longer, than have another failure like crotas end.

That's the only thing that pisses me off is not having that 6 pve event. I'm fine with no raid if this arena was 6 man team. I wonder if they could only do 3 man team because of the PS3/360?

I think the key word here is "implied". There was no guarantee, just speculation due to all the dataminers. Just saying....
