then you clearly don't raid and you would blatantly be pissed off if they didn't release any new crucible maps.
Or you don't play with more than 3 friends !
Or you haven't paid for season pass expecting something that's not being delivered. They've implied what's with every release in many ways.

So you're telling me you have loads of friends you regularly play raids with (6 minimum), you've paid for the dlc already, you're not a crucible junkie and you're happy with 3 player PVE??? Yeah f'kin right!!!!
Anyone in my situation is pissed. Just because you are not doesn't mean others shouldn't speak out. I want 6 player PVE content as was implied by the developers.

They said there is no raid RIGHT NOW. The specifically said they are working on a new raid to be released later this year. I'm guessing an E3 reveal and release late June early august. Or perhaps in September to celebrate the one year anniversary #patienceisavirtue

I raid and I'm not pissed. I hate PvP as well. I would rather have a survival mode release with the HoW with 3 players than a raid that might be glitchy. A raid doesn't challenge me like I thought, but a survival mode would.

Pissed? Eh, not really but certainly disappointed. Hopeful this Arena enhances some aspect of the game. Especially hopeful it's a horde mode

I have 3 32s all maxed exotic Hunter armor. Every exotic weapon but Hawkmoon. 3/4 of which are maxed. I go to school. Go to the weightroom after school. Do homework when I get home and play with my baby sister while I'm playing Destiny. I'm glad there isn't a raid. Because they are trying something new. There isn't a successful MMO that doesn't try new things.

I raid, I love to raid. I don't have a regular 6 man group but do have 3 for sure. Not pissed at all about new Arena mode.

2 RepliesLast time they rushed a raid we got Crota's End and everyone pissed and moaned that it was too easy and it was broken. I'm actually glad that I don't have to get on here and see people complaining. I raid and I would rather them wait and release a great raid not just an okay raid.

I spend 90% of my Destiny time playing PVE. Do I wish we had another raid, sure. Am I mad that we have to wait a little longer to get another one, nope. The fact that Bungie is taking the time to try new things and introduce new modes and features tells me they want to make their game better. Will they have some dumb patches, sure but to get all angry because they didn't come out with one raid is silly. Just my thoughts anyway.

I like large group activities like the raid. If the content they were adding would have been a 6 man activity i probably wouldnt care as much.

Unfortunately your post started with a fallacy and is therefore incoherent. That said, I raid al the time and I love it. I've never actually completed one because I've only played for a couple months now and I solo everything. I can solo up until Crota but I'm still working on beating that part. I think this is the week though. But I'm happy with the update because a new game type is more beneficial to game expansion at this point than another raid. We've Al been clamoring for a better PvE variety, well this is he first step towards that. Another raid isn't variety.

It looks like it's a 3 man PvE game mode. I will be very pissed off if it turns out it's a PvP game mode though. I'll probably give up on Destiny if it's PvP with no raid tbh, there just won't be enough to hold my interest.

6 RepliesMy opinion depends on how prison of elders works. I'm a raider, and am surprised, but not pissed that theres no new raid. The arena could be an interesting addition. I'm also going to be optimistic and hope that when they said release a raid later this year, said raid will be free. However, if I have to pay for it, I probably will. I'm going to wait to see what we get, and then formulate my own opinion about no raid.

I've spent too many hours shooting oracles and shooting rockets at crota to give a -blam!-. The raids are shit. Every single week, my team of randos get through the lanterns and I get the damn gloves. I've gotten the gloves 9 times. And -blam!- me if I haven't gotten the vog boots or vex yet after so many completions. All we do is cheese because no one wants a proper run. Bugs, glitches, even vog has bugs and glitches. Those who don't give a shit about getting a extra difficult, no matchmaking 6 person strike aren't the problem. People who can't be accepting of new, fresh content are the problem.
