then you clearly don't raid and you would blatantly be pissed off if they didn't release any new crucible maps.
Or you don't play with more than 3 friends !
Or you haven't paid for season pass expecting something that's not being delivered. They've implied what's with every release in many ways.

So you're telling me you have loads of friends you regularly play raids with (6 minimum), you've paid for the dlc already, you're not a crucible junkie and you're happy with 3 player PVE??? Yeah f'kin right!!!!
Anyone in my situation is pissed. Just because you are not doesn't mean others shouldn't speak out. I want 6 player PVE content as was implied by the developers.

I love raids, but I'm fine won't seeing something new, everyone complains about how repetitive his game is and even if the new raid is super fun, it will sooner or later become boring like the others. This could be very good for this game and even though raiding is probably the only reason I play this game besides for the fact that it's super fun, I really can't wait to see how the arena goes.

I'm disappointed not pissed. Luckily The Witcher 3 comes out the same day, so I'll likely be playing that for some time, and just play Destiny with friends.

I'd rather have a horde mode than another stupid excuse for a raid. Crotas End is just an elongated strike, I'd rather Bungie put in the time to bring us another VoG comparable raid instead.

Although I was extremely excited for a new raid, I am not pissed off. A little upset maybe, but not enough to make me want to quit this game... I do raid... I rarely (if ever) raid with friends. There is only 1 friend I have raided with.... I have already paid for the DLC, and will pay for the next one when it is available... And I am not a crucible junkie... I truly love this game. I spend more time doing other stuff in this game than raiding currently anyway. I am always leveling up weapons, doing bounties... weeklies.. nightfalls... And if I truly run out of stuff to do in Destiny (I still have a Titan to level), I will go play GTA V or Borderlands The Handsome Collection... Unitl the next reset of course...

I raid. I paid for season pass. I got 3 more friends to buy the game and play with a full fire team weekly. I'm not pissed because it is a game. Because I will give horde mode a chance. Because I have perspective.

And besides, I think you would be even madder if you didn't know until you acctually played. Buy game like Destiny Is like kick starting a invention. You don't get to choose what goes on with the invention, you just put money towards it and hope it becomes a hit.

I suck in the crucible and don't play brcause it pisses me off to no end. Don't get me wrong I [u]was[/u] also angry about there not being a raid but I went back and re-read the update which says that a raid will be released later this year and it got me thinking. I would MUCH prefer they wait and create a raid on par with VOG than bring another raid like Crota's end out. The Arena might be better than a raid in terms of how much you can play it, wait until it comes out then revisit the topic.

Which sounds better: Oh yeah, let's just release the same exact content over and over again with a different background and call it a DLC OR This: Let's make 2 new endgame game modes that adds a new style of play and a new challenge to players that gives them a new level cap, new gear, and two different ways to earn it in a BRAND NEW end game mode well?

Disappointed briefly. But we don't even know what the prison is yet and I'm fine with it. I understand everyone's pissed off but this community is a vile toxic place with NO redeeming factors at all. When everyone is a troll it's hard to care for this community.

Well 6 weeks ago I would have been flipping my shit but it's not a big deal to me anymore. We're still gonna be able to get the "raid gear" from PoE and I saw crotas end as a chore anyways. I can't be that mad considering I'll have a 365 attack Fatebringer

I raided quite a bit. Was purely a pve player before I got everything in both raids the second week HM released for crotas end. I still have about 10 friends who jump on every week to raid. I bought the season pass back in October. I can honestly say I'm not pissed. Yes, I'm slightly disappointed, but I'm excited for something new. I hated crotas end, but loved vog. I'm not gonna pass any final judgement on the arena until I play it.

1 ReplyIf this is really the case, I am truly disappointed. With this update they will further marginalize the PVE aspect of this game, which many were lead to believe is the primary focus of this game - it is an "MMORPG." Now, aside from a few new story missions that will take a day to complete, it will become a standard FPS multiplayer game, if you want your character to improve at all.

I generally play with only 2 other people so it's kind of nice to have something for 3 people instead of nobody that I know.
