They obstensibly were bringing down medical supplies, but their envoy attacked the Ignus guards, who were performing a brain stem analysis as part of a standard security check. At least that's what I saw happen.

By continuing their support of Edgewater, whose nuclear strike against Perth and its civilian population is synonymous with genocide, along with the Edgewaterian betrayal of existing treaties between Perth and Edgewater, the Empire is acting with some hostility toward Perth. That's why we aren't pulling out. Besides, if you want to burn us out of here again, you'll have to come to us.
