The raid later this year is for the Comet expansion, it clearly says "House of Wolves will not have a raid activity", doesn't say "atm it doesn't have a raid but we'll add it in later"

Number one its an expansion not a DLC, number two it's been shown that there was a raid included. Anything now you find will have that new raid listed as an arena and not a raid. And if there was no raid included why is bungie saying the apparent raid not included in the expansion will be released at a later date, also which Deej has tweeted as well?

Dlc stands for downloadable content. U will be downloading it. Ergo dlc, and it dosnt say anything about a raid, show me where it said u would get a raid.
