They get immune if he is already kneeling, orange, or if you are 3 levels before the raid difficulty. However, Truth might be the same as gally because truth has 3 shots in a mag while gally has 2.

Truth does 10,974 and Gjallarhorn does 10,598

Yes initial imlact. Wolfpack makes gally do more, but I am wondering if 3 truth shots does more than 2 gallys with wolfpack.

All rockets combine with wolf rounds Gjallarhorn does 37,093 and Truth does 29,264

Gally damage x 2 less than or greater than truth damage x 3? Since truth can hold 3 rockets in a mag and gally can hold 2.

Yeah because Gjallarhorn does 5,299 per rocket with wolf rounds included (if they all hit target) Truth does 3,658 per rocket.
