Whoever made the decision on this definitely screwed the pooch. Especially since this DLC was the "Make it or Break it" point for some players. Yes, we did want a horde mode. We never said that we wanted it to replace a raid.

So this means I get clear both raids 40X for the same old stuff. Wow I can't wait. I see so much replay value in that and more than likely she'll out another 40 bucks around the holidays. For in game content. Yeah me... Witcher 3 is now looking like a definite buy.

Wish I didn't delete some of my old 300 weapons now I still kept onto 4 but still -blam!- sakes Hopefully all the old weapons and current and new will all be available to buy at 365 I wouldn't mind another lord high fixer at 365. Also hope they give us an option to re roll most legendary besides raid weapons .

It's disappointing, mostly because there's no new six-player PVE event. Like, I'm fine with The Arena not being a traditional "Raid", I just wish it was six-player instead of three-player. Me and my raid crew love 'hanging out' online doing the raids.. So it makes us sad we don't have a new thing for all of us to do together. But hey, as long as it's fun as hell and can get sweet gear from it.. then hell yeah. The other cool thing is if "Arenas" become a new activity. So, if we're lucky, maybe future DLC will have new Arena, new Raid, new Strikes, new Crucible maps, etc. Also, if we get "Comet" in September, that's a shorter wait until then from House of Wolves' release than it was waiting for House of Wolves from Dark Below. So hopefully we get a SWEET new, more polished, more traditional-style raid then that they've spent a lot of time on. Like I said, it was disappointing news at first. But I'm still excited for new stuff anyways, and as long as it's all fun, I'll be OK with no new six-player (PVE) activities for a while. And I do really like the idea of a "new" activity. Anxious to see what Prison of Elders will be exactly.

6 RepliesThis is also the first time I've been truly pissed off at Bungie and Destiny. This completely solidifies in my mind that this game was torn apart to turn a buck. I didn't even care as long as updates were balanced but Vault of Glass and Crota's End simply aren't a year of end game content and I don't even have to hear more about the arena to know that it's not enough to take this game to Comet which based on how shit has been pushed back won't drop until Christmas 2015.... Feel the forum rage Bungie you brought this on yourself...

A lot of comments, but not addressing the major issue. Destiny suffers from lack of content. Now HOW is not getting a raid, meaning less new content. Sure, a raid is promised "sometime later this year". Also spoken "have fun with what content we baby feed you". Destiny is a good game, but with players already leaving...this just hurts.

I'm ok with that. I've wanted to do the raids but its always fallen apart. Playing with strangers is like that. So, I'm looking forward to new content and the chance for picking up a new scout (fate of all fools) with the trials.
