Personally i think he should sell it, the ugly tread on the forums "Must have gally to raid" is getting a little ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, playing with randoms in CE HM and nobody having any fire power to take down Crota is frustrating. Looks like the gun is going to be a must have for all future raids.

Lol it is annoying. However I don't think it will be that useful in future raids.

I hope not. But as the highest damaging weapon in the game im not so sure. You will get people who want 100% chance of beating the raid as soon as possible and with no problem. But ya we have no idea what the future raids will be like :D
