Just got it maybe 10 days ago. It was PURE LUCK. The big difference? people now seem eager to let me join a crota hard CP with my 31 hunter when before my 331 truth would get me nowhere. Now i can post up like an asshole saying "max ghorn, looking for crota hard" and i get let on. I'm still the same guy! It DOES do more damage, quite a bit more, but i always fired 2 from my truth to compensate even if it was unnecessary. I also have max HoC i got a couple weeks ago. After getting it at 385 hours in with a low grimoire and seeing people with far more time and far more skill than me miss out on it, i would love for xur to sell it. Why the hell not? As you said, pvp will be unaffected. Truth is hands down the best in pvp. It won't get nerfed cause it's not THAT op. The one single gun that can be labeled a game changer was sold like 4 times: Icebreaker. When i got that it turned me from a casual into a guy who plays NF every week and raids now almost every week. I don't use it as much as i used to but in NF it's probably equipped more than any other exotic. Situational of course
