Xur is random? Then explain how Bungie was able to change his loot table back in March?

Lol players keep praying he sells it again.

Before the game came out, they randomized hid loot table. Whatever they got, the planned to keep with that for the rest of the game. When megaman figured out this whole plan, they randomized his table again and now have a new plan for the rest of destiny. It really isn't that complicated.
