Yeah, honestly I think in pvp it was about where it needed to be before the patch, as it actually competed with vex, thorn, and hawkawesome.
In pve, I think it even needed a slight dmg buff even before the patch. By "slight" I mean I was landing 248 dmg on bosses crit hits before the patch, I feel it should have been a little over 250.
