Did the heavy ammo glitch before the room next to valus. Hit valus with 14 ghorn and 6 hungers, popped a bubble, ran back filled up again and soon after he was dead.

So what you're saying is no, you didn't do it without cheesing.
-
Correct
-
Heavy ammo glitch isn't a cheese! Other wise everything single hardmode Crota solo would be a cheese to!

Edited by GoldenArms27: 4/9/2015 1:35:06 PMLol you're a complete backbirth if you don't think that exploiting an obvious glitch is cheese. It's so much more cheesy than using safe spots in strikes. And anyone who solos Crota using it, is taking advantage of cheese. And if you have to use the glitch to beat one of the easier Nightfalls in the game, you must be pretty terrible to begin with. I can't wait until Bungie patches the glitch so all you scrubs that use it realize how unskilled you are and have to learn to play legit.

Edited by ElderWolfWalker: 4/9/2015 1:49:41 PMI don't care, I use synths BUT anyone who knows how the "heavy ammo glitch"(as people call it) actually works should (and I hope) knows that it isn't a cheat/cheese. Heavy ammo drops more frequently when you have NO primary ammo, no heavy ammo and no secondary ammo. (Except for icebreaker as it doesn't count as using ammo) The thing is you don't need the ice breaker to get more heavy ammo drops. What if you were playing the nightfall and you have NO primary/secondary and heavy ammo whatsoever, because of juggler. The first thing someone would do is use their grenades/melee/ super to defend them selves. This would generate heavy ammo Does that mean it's a cheese? By your logic I guess But by my logic NO The game allows this to happen, (I would describe as a trick to get heavy ammo) it's not a glitch at all. It's an ingame mechanic that's overpowered.

Glitch and cheese are the same

Edited by ElderWolfWalker: 4/9/2015 1:31:37 PMSo when the sword randomly disappears on Crota it's a cheese? Ok
-
To me it's the game mechanics not working/ being used as intended

So define each then
