I think The Last Word has the secret perk Luck in the Chamber
Gjallarhorn - Grenades and Horseshoes
Red Death - Counter Balance/Rodeo (don't know which)
Thorn - Armor Piercing rounds (exist before main perk)
Truth - tripod
Thunderlord - firefly (random)
Stands to reason why you will see a random damage increase while aiming down sights.
