Until bungie addresses this "cheating" there's no way to prove that it's actually something that bugs enough to be considered a glitch or abuse. And the reason the last word looks like the best gun in the game is because it fires the highest impact bullets the fastest. If you are a skilled player scoring headshots it will outgun almost anything that's not OP it requires skill like everything else. But 1v1 duels are supposed to favor HCs
