It seems pretty likely Xur will sell The Last Word because the next Iron Banner is supposed to begin on 4/14/15 and he sold The Last Word before the February Iron Banner began.

I'm NOT saying that it will be TLW but considering the Iron Banner is supposed to start on 4/14/15 it would not be surprised if it is TLW that's sold.
