I have a One Way Ticket with tracking and arc on it. Also the other perk is for more heavy ammo to drop when its equipped.

Good for pve but that second perk wouldnt be much use in pvp. Maybe just cause i've bedn bored lately with content i've been running pvp alot lately. Nice RL though ;-)

More heavy ammo doesn't drop for it. that perk is so you don't have to be as close to the ammo to pick it up... I feel like that's a useless perk, and 1 rocket per magazine sucks but at least it's arc

Yeah the one rocket per mag sucks, and thanks for the heads up on the other perk.
