It would have to have an active core to create it's own gravity right? As far as I can tell, it's a dead structure held together by how it was first constructed. Oh no, i've gone crosseyed.....

  • Matter has it's own gravitational field. It's not an effect caused by large groups of it. Each particle has it. It only becomes noticeable in really large quantities. (Comparably) Technically you have gravitational pull. It's just minuscule compared or the gravity of earth and everything else around you.
