Please take a look at one of my Titans with a rare Arc damage tracking rocket launcher: [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Legend/Gear/1/4611686018431654425/2305843009273641356]Human Titan[/url]. I used that for a long time until I got the Valedictorian with Arc damage and tracking.
