As for Hawkmoon, I haven't had experience with it as im on Xbone, but from what ive heard it can hit all of its lucky shots as one lethal blow (so i agree it [i]technically[/i] as a faster ttk). As for pulse rifles ive used super pox vlo and i can safely say ive never killed someone as fast as ive killed people with thorn.
