I'm saying that if you exploit a bug to your advantage, you are cheating.
In this case, using The Last Word in a manner that exploits the bugged eponymous perk to your advantage is technically considered cheating.
Not sure what's so hard to understand about that. When you sign up for Live and PSN, it's in the ToS. Unless you didn't read it.
