Forge would indicate some kind of construct so I'd say cabal. Especially since we haven't had a DLC about them. But they are industrialists and not exactly worshippers of any god so I'm not sure.

It is about the cabal, were gonna have DLC for each race in order: hive, fallen, comet dlc, cabal, vex.
