No. A 32 does no more damage than a 30. They take a little less from a 30 though, but it's hardly noticable. I'm not talking about the minority. I have NEVER had a problem with low levels in raids. I've had more problems with the higher levels dying and saying "it because we have a 29 in here with us" always.
