Sorry devohagen but, you're wrong. If you're at or below level 31 it means you're the noob that everyone avoids, you're the one that gets kicked because you're that one level lower. Why does one level mean so much? The answer is simple, that one level means you've completed multiple raids and challenges and makes your rep with your surrounding guardians that much better. Even if you're a bad player, that one level puts you above scrub average and that's all that matters. This is why nearly every skilled group asks for 32's only, not because you do that 2% extra dmg but because it's means you're not a total idiot when it comes to raids like the majority of this community. It means you've completed your fair share and you don't complain and whine that crota or vog is too hard. If you ever see a group asking for 32's only or must have a gjallarhorn ect ect.. , you better pray they let you in because those are the groups that gets shit done fast. They don't -blam!- around like the rest of these high daisy mother-blam!-ers do. This goes 2 ways however, you better meet those req before you try and join them, because they're not going to carry your sorry ass through a raid. Make sure you have that gjallarhorn or that ice breaker and be the req level, otherwise you're just wasting your time and theirs. YOU WILL GET KICKED! It takes a week at most to get to 31 and 4 times that to get to 32. Which one would you rather? simples Tl;DR Don't be a scrub, no noobs are ever welcomed.
