I think that the invisibility while crouched is a bit unnecessary. The description could probably involve something like robbing people of their light(vision)

The sniper is supposed to be somewhat of a supportive gun... My original idea was it didn't do much damage, and the fog would last like 30 seconds or something idk. And the invisibility would help 'mask' the player.

What exactly is not too much damage? It kind of is op if the other player can't see anything. Especially if it's for 30 seconds. They'd just sit there helpless while you switch to your other weapon and kill them. Patience and time also already gets invisibility so your making that weapon pointless at the same time.
