Impact has to do with the gun itself, which is both used in pve as well as pvp. I think this petition/post is more geared toward pve. That aside, frankly it's rare to see autos in pvp now anyway. They certainly are not deadly, yes even the SUROS. If you think autos are deadly, I'm curious as to what you consider the tier that handcannons and pulse rifles are on. Autos simply do not compete anymore in both pve and pvp, but especially in pve they are very underpowered. The most recent nerf was pretty substantial to their dmg. Nerf to range was understandable, but the dmg nerf went overboard.
