Some were changed a lot more than others. Just depends on if you're using a high fire rate or a lower fire rate. With the lower fire rates you'll notice more of a difference. The exotics got hit pretty hard though. I think you'll feel it in pve more so than in pvp. Suros is just an extra bullet in pvp I believe, but it feels so much more underpowered in pve than it did before though
