Agree. ARs are the most popular guns in just about any shooter and nerfing them was uncalled for. The last Iron Banner was the least fun I ever had in Destiny. I hope Bungie puts them back the way they were along with the Vex. PVE is about using OP guns to take on big badass OP enemies but PVP has caused PVE to be much less fun. I loved Destiny how it was and I hope it's returned to its former state.
