Firing works like a bow and it takes a moment to draw back before firing. Holding down the trigger won't fire but hold a shot in the drawn position. Exotic perk: master of night: when you crouch with this weapon out you turn invisible, head shots on enemies will keep you invisible and he enemy won't notice you. But, a body shot guaranties to make them notice you and makes you visible, and missing completely does the same but damages you (to half health) as well.
