Currently, which is the most advanced variant of Mjolnir GEN2 armor?

The GEN2 variation? I personally find that one to be repulsive, but to each his own.

They all serve different purposes, however, I'd go with Prefect as the most advanced. Favorite wise, I'm partial to Helioskrill, Tracker, and Defender.

That's what I was thinking. Helioskrill is badass. I'm also partial to Athlon.
