Server problems

So I've been experiencing server problems for the past 4 days now, ever since the new ps4 update. I've called my internet service provider and have had them reboot my internet connection, I have also shut off and disconnected my ps4 and modem for 30 minutes, and lastly I've tried restoring my ps4's factory settings and reinstalling the new ps4 update (just in case it was installed incorrectly)and im still having connection problems. I get booted from games every 5 minutes and get differing error codes every time with a constant sign at the bottom of my screen saying "contacting destiny servers". I've checked my network connection and it says I'm on a type 2 NAT. I have also used a wired connection to eliminate any stability issues that might arise from wifi and still the problem persists. My internet works just fine for other devices and apps, it's just destiny that's giving me problems. Is it just me or have the servers been acting up for other people? Any suggestions or is there something I can do? Any help is greatly appreciated.
