Take him to the edge of the tower. Hold 2 legendaries behind your back and tell him if he picks a legendary we will not push him off the edge. Let him pick either or when he picks and he breaks it down into a rare rifle. Yell this is not a legendary and kick him off.

I remember those dark times. There was famine and disease running rampant throughout the tower. My own fireteam was reduced to using whites and greens.
