Notes: What makes this gun unique is that it works like a fusion rifle: the weapon needs to be charged (1.5 seconds) then it fires a bolt of electricity that instantly kills from long range in PvP but in pve does major damage on ultras ect, kills minor enemies instantly (with rangefinder and/or hammer forged, the weapon kills/does major damage from any range.) shots move at the speed of a sniper bullet.
