Some are forgiving, yes. The SUROS, however, is actually a lot less forgiving than most other auto rifles. I know people bash on it saying it's easy to use etc. however, it is basically a scout rifle when the focused fire perk is active. Meaning it's less forgiving if you miss a shot, the slower ROF makes it so the enemy has more time to get more shots off at you.
