I friended 21 gamers on the PS3 through this game that have not played since December.
I have friended 14 on the PS4 which have not played since mid January.
Maybe waiting for the HoW to drop? Not sure but, I don't think so.

I added 168 from strikes and LFG and on reset I'm lucky to see 1.5 pages of friends playing Destiny.
