Sadly, I never thought I would say this but when using SUROS now I "feel" so underpowered now. Especially considering your point about red death.
When even SUROS isn't a top tier weapon anymore, that's when you know it's time to look at its entire weapon class and consider giving back that damage decrease from 1.1.1

Why do you say that? Are you aiming your heads? Is your impact, range or stubility lowered? Are you emptying your clips? Don't forget you get more damage the less ammo in your clip

Yeah this is just head shots I'm talking about. It's usually the last 5 bullets in the mag that do additional dmg, wish it was actually the last HALF like the perk says haha. But yeah, that 13-14% nerf to its dmg really hurt it. What made SUROS an exotic was basically it's stability and the fact that it hit like a rock. Truth is, there are just so many more exotics that outclass it now that are more worthy of the exotic slot that SUROS can't compete with anymore. I encourage you to check out Planet Destiny's video of top tier weapons for both pve and pvp (I think it's about a month old).
